Academic Life Coaching
From overarching goals to well-designed actions, students are proactively discovering themselves while making connections with their interests and post-secondary goals through our unique program. Academic life coaching empowers students to confidently create the life they want.
The full program comprises of 20 one-hour sessions covering three general topics:
academics, core life coaching, leadership & communication.
Throughout this process, students discover their unique learning style while cultivating their emotional intelligence, improving study habits, and aligning their values with meaningful actions.
Students will experience self-reflection that informs their next steps: post-secondary application.
